Southeast Affordable Housing Administration (SAHA) is a 501(c)(3) Affordable Housing Nonprofit Corporation dedicated to preserving affordable housing in the Southeast.

By targeting naturally-occurring affordable housing, SAHA creates space through established incentives for investors and developers to keep rents affordable while also serving their for-profit interest.
