Our commitment to affordable housing is demonstrated through our preservation efforts. We have successfully preserved 8,700+ units, ensuring they remain affordable through restrictive covenants and incentives provided to over 20 for-profit partners.

Economic Mobility &

Property Management

SAHA’s economic mobility initiatives are embedded in our property management approach, directly supporting residents. Managing 1,500+ units in collaboration with NOAH Property Management, we provide programs like Flexpay, Deposit Alternatives, and Positive Credit Reporting. Additionally, SAHA offers re-tenant programs to further assist residents in achieving financial stability and mobility.
