Resident Service Impact

Two ways we invest in residents: onsite case management and credit building.

Resident Credit Building

Rent they already pay.
Credit they can finally use.

More than 9 in 10 renters pay on time every month — yet most never get credit for it, because landlords rarely report rent to the credit bureaus. SAHA is one of the few that does.

What We Do

The property manager enrolls residents at partner communities — no signup cost and no hard credit pull. SAHA funds the program.

Up to 24 months of past on-time rent can count toward a resident's credit right away.

Every monthly rent payment is reported to all three bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

"Paying rent should build a resident's future — not just keep a roof overhead."

Beyond credit, our onsite teams connect residents to the support they need.
